1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Coding Vibes ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Coding Vibes for personal or commercial purposes. This license does not include:

Modifying or copying the materials
Using the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained in Coding Vibes
Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Keys and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and credentials. Coding Vibes stores your API keys using enterprise-grade encryption. You agree not to share your API keys with unauthorized parties.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Coding Vibes, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
